The Committee for Hispanic Children & Families, Inc.

Founded in 1982, CHCF operates a dynamic CCRC serving Hispanic and underserved communities throughout New York City. CHCF provides bilingual child care referrals, subsidy guidance, and parent education programs focused on early development and school readiness. Providers benefit from robust technical assistance, business coaching, licensing guidance, and CDA credentialing—offered in both Spanish and English. CHCF is also a leader in advocacy, working to ensure policies reflect the realities of Latino families and providers. By combining culturally responsive services with systemic change efforts, CHCF’s CCRC strengthens child care quality and accessibility in all neighborhoods.
